How do I personalize my order?

On each product page, add your text, names, dates and photos, choose your options, and preview your design before adding to cart. What you see in the preview is what we print.

Will I see a proof before it ships?

Your live on-page preview is your proof. Please double-check spelling, dates and photos before ordering. If you need a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

How long until my order arrives?

Because every item is made to order, production takes 1–3 business days. US delivery then takes about 6–9 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — enjoy free standard shipping on US orders over $70. Orders under $70 are charged a calculated rate at checkout.

What are your products made of?

We use premium materials — wood, ceramic, stainless steel, canvas and more — with vivid, fade-resistant printing. Full details are listed on each product page.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because items are custom-made for you, they can't be returned for change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right — see our Refund & Return Policy.
