Shipping Policy

All Vellora products are made to order, then printed and shipped from within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are produced within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and your design details are finalized.

Delivery time

After production, standard US delivery takes about 6–9 business days. Total estimated time from order to doorstep is roughly 7–12 business days.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on US orders over $70.
• Orders under $70: shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.

Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather. If your order is significantly delayed, email supportvellorallc@gmail.com and we'll help.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, but we'll always try to help.
